AllAffiliatePro
has the most functional administration area of all our affiliate
program scripts. The
admin area is protected by an encrypted password setup by you,
preventing unauthorized access. So no one can interfere with the
running of your affiliate program.
With
the release of VERSION 3,
the administration area has had even more advanced features added.
To
enter the admin area enter the username "admin" and
the password "adminpass" in the form below:-

Below
is a description of only some of the admin functions that are
available:-
Configure
Variables - This will display all of
the configuration variables in a form. You can edit the variables
and save the changes.
Display Affiliates - This will display a list of all the
active affiliates in your program. Each affiliate displayed will
show current earnings and will have the options to view user information,
referring url's, email user, suspend user and remove user. When
viewing user information you can edit and save changes. You can
also set specific payment rates for that user (i.e. give him 25%
commission instead of the standard 20%). This is also used to
force a webmaster onto a commission or pay per sale program if
their conversion ratio is low (i.e. set the pay per click rates
to '0'). To return a payment rate to standard the value must be
set to lowercase 's'.
Display all Affiliate referers - This will display a toplist
of all the URL's that are refering traffic to your site.
Email all Affiliates - This will display an email form
where you can input a message, or newsletter to be mailed to all
your affiliates.
Display Dead Affiliates - Selecting this will display a
list off all the affiliates that have not sent any traffic within
the last month.
Display Affiliates Pending - This will display the list
of affiliates who have applied but have not yet been accepted
into your program.
Display Affiliates Suspended - This will display the list
of affiliates of whom you have suspended from your program. You
can choose to re-instate or remove the affiliates.
Display Affiliates Earning over "" - Input a
value and only affiliates earning above that value will be displayed.
Check Conversions - Input the lowest conversion number
for those on unique clicks and those on raw clicks. (E.G. "50"
would mean that there must be at least 1 sale per 50 clicks, "150"
would mean at least 1 sale per 150 clicks).
Lookup order number - If you receive a chargeback then
you can check to see whether that customer was refered by an affiliate.
You need to enter the order number and the date the order was
originally received (format MM:DD:YYYY). You can then remove the
order from the affiliates earnings (we strongly reccommend you
email them informing them of the problem).
Generate Payday - This generates the affiliates earnings
data, sending emails to affiliates and to you. Also createing
a CSV spreadsheet file with all the members details and earnings.
You need to select this option the day AFTER the end of your payperiod.
(i.e. If you want your payperiod to end on the 16th, then generate
the payday on the 17th.)
Change Username/Password - Enter your current username/password,
to be able to input a new username/password combination.
User
unique payment schemes
This accredited function allows you to up or lower individual members
payments. i.e. If a member is performing well you could up there
commissions from 20% to 25%, but all the other members will still
be on 20%.
2nd
tier commissions
With version 3 of AllAffiliatePro comes second tier commissions.
If you choose to use this feature affiliates will not only earn
commission on sales they generate, but on sales that affiliates
they refer to your program generate. This way your affiliate program
not only advertises your site, but itself, bringing even more traffic.
We use this feature to offer 20x20% commission in the affiliate
program we have running for this site. Our affiliates earn 20% commissions
on sales they generate and 20% on the earnings of affiliates they
refer.
