Shipping & Policies

Processing Time  

Order processing can take up to 7 business days. During sales or holidays, this time may increase. Please be patient, all of our orders are carefully made with intention by one person.

Shipping Time

Shipping can take an additional 3-5 days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order.

****During the holiday season, USPS may be experiencing high package volumes. please be patient and follow tracking information to stay informed. 

Wrong Shipping Address

Please make sure to type in your full and correct address! If you realize you've made a mistake, we will only be able to fix it if your order has not shipped! If you realize the mistake after your order has shipped, you must contact USPS to give an alternative address. 

Exchanges/Returns

At this time all sales are final. We do not take exchanges or returns. We do not offer refunds. 

Defective/Damaged packages 

If your items arrive defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement for the same items. Send us an email within three days of delivery via cosmicflame.us@gmail.com with your name, order number and images of the items. We will review the information, and if approved, you will receive tracking info for the new package. 

Lost Packages  

Contact your local post office to file a claim for any lost packages to receive a replacement or refund. We are not liable for packages once they are shipped via USPS. 

Separate Packages

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive several packages. If this is the case, we will email you more than one tracking number.

In the event that a product is in backorder, you may receive separate packages. You will be notified of this and receive the backordered item as soon as it's available. 

Flagged Orders

Cosmic Flame LLC reserves the right to deny services to any order flagged as a risk. We also reserve the right to reach out and ask for identification to complete an order.
